PathaYoga combines ayurvedic principles with somatic yoga movement. Both practices, one rooted in ancient vedic wisdom and the other in modern movement therapy, help in becoming more in-tune with our inner and outer environment, considering the elements at play while refining motor responses.

While Ayurveda seeks to observe and balance the elements (space, air, fire, water, earth), somatic yoga invites awareness into how the body moves in coordination with the nervous system. Both practices not only respect but celebrate unique differences and experiences, promoting each person’s right to self-discovery.
